3/4 or 1 whole mango
2-3 stalks kale (stems removed)
1 + 1/2 banana
juice of 1 lemon
4 square inch pineapple cubes
3/4 cup coconut water
lots of ice
- Blend all ingredients in high power blender until smoothe, add ice at the end until desired consistency is reached.
- Tell your kids they aren’t allowed to have any!
